Debt Capital Markerts Project Finance Diamond Capital markets provide independent Project Finance advice for sponsors and promoters in several large industry projects. We are involved in all stages of project development from bankability assessments and the development of the most appropriate financial structures, to the arranging and syndication within the domestic and international banking market. Structured Finance This involves the provision of bespoke asset-based financings structures for large capital intensive projects with stable cash flows or complex transaction structured outside of the traditional parameters used in straight equity and debt offerings. Transactions typically include Structured Debt Financings, Securitizations, Off-Balance Sheet Loans and Leveraged Acquisitions.
